Naga empire Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Entertainment Platform Usage Guide

Thank you for using the Naga Empire platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Naga Empire ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Naga Empire platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other means of access — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the naga empire platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use naga empire's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. naga empire strictly prohibits underage individuals from accessing this platform.
• Location: You must be in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is lawful under local law.
• Identity: You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The use of false identities or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Naga Empire account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Naga Empire account login credentials, including your username and password. Naga Empire will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other party.
• You must notify Naga Empire immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Naga empire recommends using a strong password and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• All activity on your account is your responsibility unless proven otherwise.

Naga empire accepts deposits via a range of digital payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name – using another person's account to deposit funds is strictly prohibited.

• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification

Naga empire's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through final negotiation, and where necessary, through arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable rules in Malaysia.
